Our Return Policy lasts 14 days starting from the day item(s) were delivered. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for your return to be valid, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Our store does not cover or reimburse the cost of return shipments.
To start a return you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is approved, we will send a return form with instructions for how and where you must send the package. Items returned to us without our first receipt of a return request will not be accepted.

Please examine the item when you have received it and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can identify the problem and solve it in the best possible way.
Exceptions / goods without right of return
Some goods may not be returned, such as custom goods (special products or personal goods) and hygiene products (such as beauty products and underwear). Contact us if you have any questions about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
The fastest way to exchange the item you want is to return the item you have already purchased, and that you then place a new order on the items you want when your return is received.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
We will notify you when we have received and checked your returned items. Then we will also inform you if your return has been approved. Once we have chosen to approve will process your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and make the repayment.
